Are you ready to build strength? Are you looking for a good workout, but not sure where to start? Our Power Hour will help you build a great workout routine, and learn new exercises! During the 1 hour class, our personal trainer will lead participants through a circuit workout that includes functional equipment, battle ropes, free weight machines, medicine balls and more! This class is designed for all levels of experience.
***Please bring a yoga/floor mat with you each class, as there will be a variety of floor exercises each time.
This 6-week beginner’s course is designed for all levels. Learn techniques to strengthen your mind, center your emotions, and rejuvenate your body. Classes are slow-paced allowing students to learn proper alignment and breath techniques. Classes will focus on the fundamentals while presenting the poses and sequencing in an increasingly challenging way. Walk away feeling invigorated and energized, while grounded and aware. Participants are required to provide their own yoga mats.
Anyone can do yoga! Join us and learn some gentle poses you can take home and perform safely on your own. This class is open to all levels as it is gentle enough for seniors and anyone with limited range of mobility. Participants are able to warm up the body safely and perform traditional yoga poses with more support and stability. Poses are done seated as well as standing with the aide of a chair. Participants will learn the essential movements of yoga without straining as well as techniques to regulate the breath and calm the mind. Suitable for all physical conditions and fitness levels. (Chairs provided).
Working with our Personal Trainer is a great way to help you see the results you are looking for. Personal Training can help you start a new plan, mix up an existing strategy, or get you out of a current rut you are in. When working with our Personal Trainer, workouts will be specific to each client, to achieve the goals that are set in place.
Sessions will be offered as a single session or as a bundle, and includes a mandatory Health and Fitness Consultation. Every Consultation will be completed in-person with our trainer, and workout schedules will be created at that time.
A health and fitness consultation is a 60 minute session to learn about being healthy and how to use the facility. During this time, you will meet with our Personal Trainer, talk about how to live a healthy lifestyle, learn how to use equipment, learn about different workout types. You will also be able to discuss medical history, current physical activity levels, and goals. You will complete your consultation knowing what will work best for you along with discussing strategies for successful implementation. This consultation is separate from Personal Training.
This program is one the whole family can enjoy together! Under the instruction of William Hewitt, this class provides a healthy, fun option for stress relief while teaching leadership, respect, and responsibility. Participants will also learn discipline, hard work, goal setting, and self-defense skills while also developing awareness for personal safety and improving their self-discipline. This class is open to participants 5 years of age and up.
